SANYU ADVENTIST SCHOOL is a full-time school established by the merger of SANYU HIGH SCHOOL (established in 1958) and CHURCH SCHOOL (established in 1908) in 1996, which is a Christian school in Singapore, including primary, junior and senior secondary school. It is the only autonomous school approved by the Ministry of Education in Singapore to provide secondary education, primary education and preparatory courses at the same time.
Sanyu Adventist School adopt the teaching materials prescribed by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). Graduates are eligible to sit for the Graduate School Certificate Examinations (GSCE), Cambridge O-Levels and A-Levels conducted by the MOE, just like their counterparts in Singapore government primary and secondary schools. Outstanding secondary school graduates can be admitted to Singapore government polytechnics, junior colleges or overseas university preparatory courses. All secondary schools are four-year accelerated programs and are open to over-age students.
