Founded in 2007, St. Joseph’s Institution International (SJII) is an international school located in Singapore that offers a comprehensive, values-oriented international education to a diverse student body from some 40 countries. The high school opened in 2007 and the elementary school in 2008. They are part of the seven Lasha Brothers Schools in Singapore, which date back to 1852.
St. Joseph’s International Academy is a non-profit organization overseen by the SJI International Board of Directors and comprised of SJI alumni. As an academy belonging to the Brother Rasha Catholic Foundation, St. Joseph’s International Academy warmly welcomes students, teachers, parents, friends and supporters from all faiths and cultural backgrounds. The Academy upholds the core Fr. Lasha values of Faith, Service, Community, Excellence and Respect.
St. Joseph’s International Academy is committed to fostering in its students an intrinsic drive to serve others and give back to the community. The Academy offers a rich variety of services for Catholic families, including after-school catechetical quiz sessions, daily prayers, weekly Masses in the school chapel, regular opportunities to participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and other faith celebrations throughout the liturgical year.
Currently, St. Joseph’s International College has two schools on one campus with over 2,000 students. The Upper School admits Singaporean and international students from Years 7 to 12 (ages 12 to 18), while the Primary School accommodates foreign children in Pre-K1-2 (ages 4 to 5-6) and Years 1-6 (ages 7-12).
